We offer a range of courses listed below. In addition we offer 6 weeks, 12 weeks or longer. 


Our courses concentrate on teaching a new skill each week which will enable the participant to build a comprehensive knowledge of cooking for the future.


We are happy to adapt our courses to suit your time allowances & budget .


Prices start from £120 for a 3 months Bronze Skills Award or 12 week course.


If you would like a short cooking course to keep your kids occupied during school holidays please get in touch & we will be happy to help you.

  • Builds on foundations of the Bronze Award
  • Covers more complex recipes and skills
